A sound or sleep story isn't playing. Make sure you're connected to the internet the first time you play a track so it can download; after that it's available offline. If audio still won't play, force-quit and reopen the app, and check that your device isn't in silent-switch or Do Not Disturb mode blocking playback.
How do I restore a purchase? Open Settings within the app and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase.
How do I delete my data? Quiet Mind stores your practice history and preferences locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this data. Email us if you'd like help with anything else.
Satellites or launches aren't showing up. OrbitLog needs location permission to localize the sky to your position — check Settings → Privacy → Location Services if the view looks empty. Live data also depends on a network connection.
General troubleshooting. Try force-quitting and reopening the app, and confirm you're on the latest version from the App Store. For anything else — bugs, feedback, or purchase issues — email us and we'll help directly.
